World Interfaith Harmony Week 2014

The first week of February was designated “World Interfaith Harmony Week” by the United Nations General Assembly in 2010. Supporters of interfaith harmony in communities all over the world are gathering again this year. The Fox Valley event will be at 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 6 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 140 South Green Bay Road, Neenah.

Speakers at the Fox Valley event will include Lauren Lahr, Congregation B’nai Israel; Bhagwant Singh Balli, Sikh Temple of the Fox Valley; and Randy Cornelius of the Oneida Nation. After their remarks regarding their personal spiritual journeys, participants will share discussion and break bread.

All World Interfaith Harmony events are voluntary, exclude no one and are free. Questions: 920-426-2920, Barbara Kuhn.
