You should attend this FREE event if you need help avoiding a foreclosure or if you are facing a foreclosure now .Personal meetings with counselors and lenders from 1:00-7:30 p.One-hour foreclosure presentation by FISC at 1:30, repeated at 5:00. Walk-ins welcome starting at 1:00 p.m.

Certified counselors will help you get information, start a budget, understand the terms of your agreement, and if time allows, meet with you and your lender.
Lenders will be available to determine and discuss your eligibility and foreclosure prevention options that may keep you in your home (your specific lender may or may not be available)
Please bring COPIES of these documents, originals will not be accepted:
- Recent mortgage statement
- 1 month proof of income (pay stub, income award letters, etc)
- copies of monthly expenses, bills
- hardship letter explaining why you are delinquent or may become delinquent
- 3 months of bank statements
- 2009 & 2010 income tax returns
