What is WIVEC?
Wisconsin Council of Churches (WCC) and Wisconsin Faith Voices for Justice (WFVJ) partner to engage the interfaith community in the democratic process. WIVEC is the result of a partnership among active faith communities. Their mission is to build increased understanding and stronger ties among different faith communities and increase involvement in the electoral process.
This non-partisan advocacy workshop will promote a greater understanding of how faith communities and individuals can build confidence in becoming effective advocates. Remember, democracy doesn’t end at the ballot box.
