Because of COVID, especially the Omicron surge, and the last-minute closing of our planned venue, ESTHER was not able to hold its banquet in 2021 and does not plan to do so in 2022. (We are planning an outdoor Fall Gathering in mid-September.)
Our Work Continues
In a normal year, funds raised through the banquet are critically important in giving ESTHER the financial means to continue our ongoing work of building community, sharing hope, and standing for justice.
In this no-banquet year, we’re asking our friends and supporters to consider a contribution in place of a ticket. Contributions in any amount will be a great help.

- a complimentary copy of Pardeep Kaleka’s book The Gifts of Our Wounds, co-written with former skinhead Arno Michaleis
- a printed copy of our 2022 yearbook
