Are you passionate about social justice and ready to contribute to a more equitable and just community? ESTHER (Empowerment, Solidarity, Truth, Hope, Equity, Reform), a leading interfaith social justice organization, has two exciting opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our mission in the Fox Valley region of Wisconsin.
We're a grassroots, non-profit organization that develops leaders, engages people, and builds collective power to address systemic economic and social injustices. If you're committed to creating communities that embrace diversity and uphold human dignity, we want to hear from you!

1. Community Organizer (Full-time or Part-time)
Are you a seasoned advocate or an emerging leader with a strong racial justice and anti-oppression foundation? This role is for you if you're eager to build grassroots relationships, develop community leaders, and spark initiatives that foster strength, equality, and dignity for all.
As a Community Organizer, you'll be on the front lines, directly engaging with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community members, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals with lived experience of social injustices like housing insecurity, immigration, and incarceration. You'll recruit, train, and mentor new leaders, building powerful networks aligned with ESTHER's mission.
This position offers flexibility in hours but requires adaptability, including evenings and weekends, and frequent travel within the Fox Valley. Lived experience with the issues ESTHER addresses is highly valued, and while community organizing experience is desirable, it's not required.
